Does MHN Cover Out-of-Network Providers?

MHN has a nationwide provider network of over 63,000 licensed practitioners and 1,500 hospitals and care facilities. Members are expected to seek treatment with one of these practitioners, hospitals, or care facilities. Unless emergency services are received without access to in-network providers, MHN will not cover out-of-network providers for addiction treatment services.

With thousands of providers, hospitals, and care facilities to choose from, members have an extensive list of options when seeking inpatient treatment services for addiction. While MHN plans are tailored to fit the client’s needs, most members do have coverage for inpatient treatment services. These services are typically subject to the deductible and/or copay for services rendered.
