Frank Brady
Executive Director
Frank has been at Bedrock Recovery Center for more than a decade. He has worked with addiction and mental health treatment providers all over the U.S. Management experience, diverse knowledge of behavioral healthcare treatment settings, and passion for patients are his greatest contributions to the culture.
Robert McLachlan
Program Director
Robert has over 10 years’ experience in the addiction recovery field. He is the first-line of contact in quickly assessing a client’s needs. Robert’s compassion and big heart make him one of the most important assets at Bedrock Recovery Center.
Dr. Ronald Bugaoan, MD
Medical Director
Dr. Ronald Bugaoan is a Board-Certified Addiction Psychiatry Specialist in Massachusetts. He graduated from Far Eastern University–Nicanor Reyes Medical Foundation medical school in 1999 and completed his fellowship with Boston University Medical Center.
Jessica Conte
Case Management Supervisor
Jessica has worked with substance use disorder for seven years. She tries to use her vast experience to help build a strong foundation and connect people to every resource they need. Jessica is a certified Recovery Coach and uses social media to help spread the word about her work.
