Shasta is a third party plan administrator (TPA). They use state of the art technologies that make it possible to offer flexible solutions and customized services for the management of self-funded health benefit plans. Shasta Administrative Services built its reputation processing the self-funded and self-administered JELD-WEN Inc. Health Plan, and was formed into a separate entity in 2001. Since then Shasta began working with other employers and health insurance companies.

Shasta has expertise in the administration and management of Native American sponsored health benefit plans. These plans are extremely complex and must be administered, leveraged and managed properly to be successful.

In 2012 Shasta was purchased by Lamatsin, LLC, a joint venture between The Confederated Tribes of Grand Ronde, who is the primary owner, and the TPA, Hawaii-Western Management Group (HWMG). Since that time the company has had steady growth with the administration and management of Native American sponsored health benefit plans.
