Aspire Indiana is a fully integrated health system that addresses behavioral health, primary care, substance use disorders, and the social determinants of health, including housing and employment. They are the first Community Mental Health Center (CMHC) in the nation to receive grant funds from the Health Resource Service Administration (HRSA).

Cornerstone Recovery CenterGrant-Blackford is a not-for-profit corporation doing business as Cornerstone Behavioral Health Center, Milestone Addiction Services, and Keystone Family Resource Center in Marion, and Hester Hollis Concern Center in Hartford City.
