Does Beacon Health Options Allow Out-of-Network Providers?

While Beacon Health Options does typically require providers to be in-network, it does have some policy options that allow its members to seek treatment with an out-of-network provider. Often the out-of-network provider will require specific licensing and accreditations for coverage to be allowed. All out-of-network providers will hold higher deductibles and out of pocket costs for the members.

For in-network provider services the members will have a copay for these services, while out-of-network provider services may be subject to the deductible and coinsurance.
